A 12" x 18" print of one of the most famous shuffleboard photos ever taken. This custom made table was made by American Shuffleboard company and installed on the U.S.S. Theodore Roosevelt, a Polaris class submarine. It was brought on board through one of the torpedo tubes. A several month long "tournament under the sea" followed, featuring competition between the officers and the enlisted men. Coming soon - audio tape of the tournament, featuring a surprise ending!
This was originally a classified Department of Defense photo, which was eventually given to Sol Lipkin (Mr. Shuffleboard). Sol later gave it to The Shuffleboard Federation.
The Shuffleboard Federation Logo does not appear on purchased copies of this photo, it has been inserted in this copy to prevent plagiarizing.
