• Registration Fee & Board Fee are non refundable and must be paid by all players, no registration form will be accepted without them.
• All players must be registered guests of the Sands Regency Hotel. Room rates are $54.88, including tax, with a maximum of two players per room. For reservations, call the Sands at 800-648-3553 and tell them your group code number is SHU1024.
• Entries for each event will be accepted, in the order received, until that event is full, or until the day prior to that event, whichever comes first. Entries postmarked after September 27 are subject to a $5.00 penalty for registration, and for each event entered.
